Each dice set is crafted from solid natural stone, mineral, or glass-based material.

Due to the inherent characteristics of these materials and the cutting and polishing process, natural variations in color, veining, internal patterns, inclusions, and surface texture may occur.

These variations are a natural part of the material itself and do not affect the functionality, durability, or intended purpose of the dice. Each set is uniquely its own and is not considered defective.

In-stock items are typically shipped within 3 business days.

Custom-made orders require production time and usually ship within 7–10 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and local carrier conditions.

We accept returns on unused, in-stock items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
